Delivery Information 

Once we ship your order, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. If you don't, click the button in the original email received to view your order status online. We ship from both USA and Israel (depending on item) so your transit time will vary.

For Israel Packages  shipped Eco Post Air Mail, your first step is to check the date it shipped use the tracking box above or track-trace.com or Postil.com and count 5 - 14 business days for expected arrival. If you paid for express or if your package weighs over 2kg then we shipped via EMS Express or ECO Post Express and your tracking begins with EE or LX and transit time is 3 - 5 bus. days. Your package will show arrived at your local country's postal service (eg: USPS.com  for USA and Canadapost.ca for Canada & EMS Worldwide for other countries) where you can view it upon delivery or attempted delivery. In transit information is rarely posted at destination so do not be alarmed if no information is posted yet on the website until delivery. If there is an issue with delivery, your local post office will update their website then and will generally hold your package up to 10 days for pickup at your local post office. If you're in a rush to receive your package, you should visit your local post office with your tracking number and inquire. At times, customers are able to retrieve packages prior to their disbursement and save some time.

For USA packages shipped by UPS, it will generally arrive within 2-4 bus. days within Eastern USA, and up to 4- 10 bus. days in Western or Southern USA or Canada. Yet UPS Express, your package will arrive in 48 hours guaranteed.

 Please note,

a) The shipping weights online delineated on each product page is an estimate only. The weight entails the actual item packaged with appropriate protection, packaging materials and box or envelope rounded to the nearest 100 grams or Kilogram. If there are any questions regarding exact weights, the customer is required to inquire in advance of order.

b) As we carry over 17,000 Sku's and growing, our shipping logistics are complex and items ship from Israel or USA studio's depending on product availability. Moreover, weights for each product may be missing or inaccurately low on our catalog. In short, this means shipping can easily be miscalculated especially when an item is shipped from Israel and it's weight may be significant -  such as 1- 2Kg. Presently, our ecommerce platform is unable to factor these elements and since we can't always know, we simply provide the benefit of the doubt to the customer and checkout is set to be the lowest possible. So at times, when we're at a loss, we reserve the right to follow up with the customer to cover shipping costs. We do this on a trust basis as we assume all our customers are descent people to respond in kind. We know we offer the best price and value anywhere in our arena of sales and with a shipping adjustment we keep it at a bare minimum.

c) For items under $50, where common substitutes exist such as tallit bags, in the event that the exact product ordered is not available, be aware that we reserve the right to ship a comparable substitution. If you want us only to ship the exact product that you ordered this must be specified upon checkout in the comments section. 

d) The requested dates for orders will be accommodated on a best efforts basis and we are not responsible for unexpected delays of mail carriers. The onus to track a package lies fully with the customer and this is especially true if your package is time sensitive. A package may be delayed if an address is incomplete or a package is missing documents especially cross border shipments and it is the customer's responsibility to follow the package carefully and contact the shipping company to correct an address or provide documentation as required. While we often mark packages specially for cross border ease, any duties, import fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.  If we're contacted to provide further assistance or documentation to release a package we will gladly comply to assist.

For registered mail sent abroad, delivery tracking is available, after the mail has left israel, via the destination country's internet site. Countries that offer this service:
