Question-1: How long does it take to deliver my order?

Question-2: How do I track my order?

Answer-2: Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow it until it is delivered to you. You also can track your order by using your tracking number from Tracking Your Order


Question-3: What’s your return policy?

Answer-3: The Ahuva store respects the 30-day return policy. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days after receiving your item. We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days. Read more details about Returns & Cancellation Policy


Question-4: How do I make changes to an existing order?

Answer-4: You may cancel your order for a free cost within 12 hours of making your order by responding to the order confirmation email. You may then cancel as long as the goods has not yet been sent. The order cannot be canceled after it has been sent.

Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Question-16: Is it possible to change or cancel an order? 

Answer-16: Please contact our team immediately if you need to change or cancel your order but we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our warehouse.


Question-17: What if I receive a damaged product? 

Answer-17: Please email with your order number including a video and photos of the fault. The pictures/videos of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact.
