Reverse: Vine branch with leaf and tendril inscribed "Deliverance of Zion"
These coins were minted and circulated during the time of Josephus, the Jewish War and the standoff at Masada. Holy Land, Judaea. First Revolt, Bronze Prutah. Year 2 = 67-68 AD. Two handled amphora with broad rim, ancient Hebrew inscription "Year Two or Three" / Grape leaf on small vine, "The Freedom of Zion" in Hebrew. ref: Meshorer 196; Hendin 1360.
