Description
Inscribed: In Hebrew with lines of the V'ahavta [Deuteronomy 6:5-9], the first portion of the prayer and in English "Hear Israel the Lord is our G-D, the Lord is one". Considered the most important prayer in Judaism, it is both an affirmation of faith and a declaration of belief in one G-d.
